Hi all I have been thinking very seriously about purchasing this phone sim free and putting my current contract sim in it after seeing it on BBC's click a few weeks ago. I have been an Android fan ever since I purchased the HTC Dream when it first came out and like to keep up to date with new versions, so the Nexus prime with Android 4 (ice cream sandwich) seemed a logical choice. However, I've just seen a review on cnet uk's website which is putting me off, they claim that there is an issue with the phone dropping volume to mute during calls etc. So my questions are: is this claim true? - they say several people have experienced problems has anyone on the forum purchased/used this phone and have they seen any issues? if the claim is true, how likely is it that a simple software update could fix it? - as mentioned in cnet uk's review Any opinions or suggestions would be greatly appreciated Thanks :-/

As with all new phones its better to wait for the first update before purchasing so then all the bugs are ironed out after being used in "real world" situations
